At iRESTORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
